"Although the hotel was fully booked, we were able to secure room for a second night due to cancellation as well as to the kindness of those at the front desk. Both the morning and night staff were attentive to our needs; and the hotel is conveniently close to the Madrid airport. We will stay here again. A+"

Senator Barajas

4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (1592)
"The bed was against the wall, which was weird. The worst part about the stay was the AC was on at 15 degrees Celsius as it was hot in the room (even for January) and it was blowing out heat. It got so hot in our room in the middle of the night. I had to shut it off and open the sliding glass door. On good note, we used their airport shuttle service, they have lots of food choices from the restaurants and the bathroom was nice. My sesame seed salmon was delicious!"

"Room was clean, water pressure was great. Close to metro and bus stops for easy transportation on the tourist card. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpfull. The common areas look and feel quite dated but the room was fresh, modern and clean If I am in Madrid and don't plan on staying in the hotel much just like this trip... then I will be back to NH Madrid.
