"Great to walk in from the cold to a fireplace on- candy canes at the desk, Christmas straws in the beverage area, ceramic tree mugs for coffee, a happy hour with wine and chicken wings, and someone walking around to ask how everything is were all great special touches. Loved out stay!"

"Easy check-in and check out, money was refunded quickly, breakfasts was good, and staff friendly. I think the room I had was old because the heating system was messy at first but they fixed everything. "

stuck in Chicago

"We were in Chicago overnight due to a cancelled flight. We booked last minute, hopped on the shuttle to the hotel. Had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and then went to bed. Everything was comfortable and quiet for the night. We took the free shuttle back to the airport. Great serive for weary travelers"
