"Overall the White Oaks resort has many positives- beautiful lobby and dining areas, wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, nicely decorated room, many options for in-room movies. The one negative was an uncomfortable bed- too high and the mattress was too firm for both my husband and me."

"I had an unforgettable stay at the Oakes Hotel in Niagara Falls, especially given the snowy weather during Family Day weekend. The check-in staff were fantastic, setting the tone for a great stay. At first, the windows were frozen over, so I couldn't enjoy the iconic view of the falls, which was a bit of a letdown. However, after exploring the area for a few hours, I returned to the most magical sight—the falls in all their glory, visible through my windows! The experience was truly special, and I’ll always cherish the memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I can’t wait to return someday."
