"Very nice hotel. Room was great. Check-in did take long though as someone was in front of us and there was some sort of problem that required 2 staff to deal with. I was in a huge hurry and there weren't many guests at this time, so it was rather frustrating to have to wait. Had I known, I would have arrived a different time. Otherwise, everything was perfect."
