"The hotel is steps away from the main train station, which is very valuable when travelling by train through Europe. It is also very convenient for trams and subway. Add to that that the hotel is high end and at a good price and this is a bargain."

The housecleaning was sub standard and rushed by employees who didn't care. We had a four night stay and on the third day after being out until 4pm, returned to find the room had not been serviced. Had to request this to be done. The day after, the room had not been done at all. Went to reception and was told that it would be done...
