"This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Hauptbanhof Cologne. The tram is just across the street which will take you to various locations throughout the city. The hotel is gorgeous! Everything about our experience was perfect. We had a refrigerator and coffee maker in our room. The indoor pool was an extra plus! There are several restaurants in the hotel, as well as,many choices in walking distance."

"Room was wonderful and the breakfast was good. We were not impressed with having to walk around the neighborhood to get to our room. The spa was confusing not knowing how to get around it from our room and we were not told we could access the breakfast restaurant through the sauna area and walked completely around the block, in the cold, to eat breakfast.
