"We were really impressed with the black out curtain in our room, because it was fitted in the window it did a good job keeping out the light. The complimentary breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel."

"The Port hotel is right on the water so the view from the room - which is a bit outdated - but clean - is really nice. I heard that all their rooms face the water! Oddly our room had no drawers. There was a rolling metal basket type thing in a cabinet, but no dresser, or even shelves in the closet. There is a restaurant & bar on site, we didn't eat/drink there, but they looked nice - the bar area has amazing views. There is also a marina that has a super cute shop with everything you could want for a day on the water. It's sad that they're building a big hotel, marina & eventually condos on this site, because the old Florida charm that is currently has (minus the construction site), will be gone. I'd definitely stay there again if I was in the area. "
