"Great service and very clean. Amazing common spaces. Fantastic breakfast made to order with wide selection of cold meats, fruits, juice and cheese. Water in spa pool could have been warmer and sauna temperature was a bit to low. Rooms were nicely decorated, but quite small and materace was on softer side.Bathroon provided very limited privacy, with sliding door through which everything can be heard. Rooms were services twice a day with afternoon service offering water and chocolate. Overall...

Restaurants, La plaza mayor, plaza del sol, San Miguel market, Prada museum, etc are within walking distance. The staff are very nice and accommodating. "
