"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The area was fantastic. We were 10 minutes from Atocha Train Station, minutes from Reina Sofia museum. 10 minutes from the Prado Museum and Retiro park. Lots of restaurants to choose from and in walking distance. Loved this place."

"Small, cute and very clean hotel. The receptionists are very nice, friendly and helpful with everything. The receptionists brought anything that’s missing in the room immediately when asked. No elevator because its an old building but the staff helps with everything. We really liked this hotel and definitely recommend it."
