"Love the hotel and its concept. Staff are very friendly especially Maite in reception. She is warm and very polite. She went out of her way to do small things that means a lot eg showing me to the nearest and most convenient lift to my room. Her gesture costs nothing but it means a lot in Service Delivery and Customer Experience. Kudos Maite. Keep up the excellent work and continue to delivery exceptional hospitality."
