"I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered."

"Very clean. Small apartment. The building is above the metro so it’s possible to count trains while waiting for sleep. La Latina is not the best neighborhood but it is the same distance to Embajadores which is nicer and very close to the Rastro marketplace. Many places to eat at and couple of night clubs to fill the gaps between trains until the early hours. All in all good value but a little noisy. "

We had a scary security issue during our stay where someone was trying to get into our building, and the contact for the apartment didn’t help us at all. "The location of the apartament is not for families. Awfull smell outside the apartment. The towels they had in the apartment were small towels. The air conditioning didn't work as expected. We need to open all trhe windows of the apartment, so we could had fresh air. All the night we heard noise that indicated that the streets were being cleaned."
