The modern upgrades provide a comfortable and cozy stay, while the kind, attentive, and accessible manager (Keith) who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome (including upgrading our room, helping us make reservations for dinner and offering rides). A fantastic choice for convenience and excellent service!"

"Hotel staff was friendly, attentive and responsive to requests. Breakfast service at Marcy's was wonderful! Convient location for accessing the town. Only real negative was the parking. You need to more clearly communicate upfront the Valet parking is $22 per day and is the only realistic option while staying at your Hotel."

"Our family stayed here on a ski trip to Whiteface. The hotel is across the street from the mountain and is a great base camp, especially when you’re skiing with kids and have a lot to prep/do to get ready! We were here during a very large snow storm and the driveway was plowed and accessible even with the constant snow dumping! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice base camp away and will spending most of your time outdoors. Beautiful view of the mountain! "
