This 2 bedroom condominium is located at the exclusive Whiteface Club and Resort, a country club on Lake Placid with a newly renovated 18 hole golf course, 6 clay tennis courts, a full service marina, 2 seasonal restaurants (one on the water, one on the golf course) and a Nordic center in the winter months).
Newly decorated in Adirondack rustic style.

This Brookhill condo. is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living room, a wood burning fireplace.
There are 2 bedrooms (Master BR with King & 2nd bedroom with Queen & 2 Bunk Beds),
and 2 full baths (1 w/ whirlpool tub).
This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. Outside patio and lawn overlook Lake Placid and Whiteface mountain. Nearby Lake Placid Village, offering great shopping and fine dining.

Great spot to explore the Adirondacks. Property was great. Great time of year for hiking. Hit or miss for activities and eateries (Moose Lodge was closed as was marina so no kayaking from the prpoerty).

We had a great stay at the condo. It was a great space for our family. Very clean and well stocked. The covered porch was nice for being outside on a rainy day. We loved that we could easily walk to the waterfront on a trail right outside the condo.

Great Experience! Family Friendly Lake Placid Condo
Our family of 5 recently stayed there and had a great time! The weather was a little wet for part of our visit, so we spent some time inside as a family playing games and watching movies. Great views, and spacious living areas...we are planning on renting again next time we are in Lake Placid!

The condo was better than the photos. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Soothing Mountain decor. Great bathtub. Wonderful soaps. An abundance of bath towels. And to top it all off—a quality full size washer and dryer. This will be our go to Lake Placid vacation rental.

Fantastic property, steps away from the lake. The marina is right there. Nice bathrooms, and even a small outdoor seating area. Location is conveniently near supermarkets and a few minutes from Lake Placid village.

Perfect Stay
Was in town for my twins lacrosse tournament and the location of the rental was perfect. Close to downtown Lake Placid, grocery store 5 mins away. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the property which is well maintained and wasn’t super busy. Beautiful flower gardens that line a path down to the quiet private beach. Would stay here again if we return to the area.

We stayed in Lake Placid for a wedding - but we want to return! This property was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided and there was plenty of room. It was a bit warm the days we stayed but with the windows open and fans going at night we slept comfortably! We will return!

Great Ironman Weekend Condo
This condo was perfect. Just a short 3 minute drive to downtown and you are in the heart of Llake Placid. The swimming area was perfect for our two kids, sandy, clear, and refreshing water. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to sleep, eat, and enjoy ourselves. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!
