"Upon check in security didn’t have our reservation. They were able to give me a phone number for management that they answered. Condo was very clean. Using the little key box for key was a pain. Other than that and the tv’s were all messed up probably from the previous guest that I was able to figure out. All was good. "

We booked this unit listed and I messaged Mark (the host) to see if they could check in earlier because the storm was going to make landfall during the time of checkin. He told me he had a different property in Kissimmee that they could come at 1:30 pm and even offered me a discount rate because he was trying to help evacuees. "The condo was great. Very comfortable with adequate supplies and good appliances. The unit was lovely. Our only critiques were with the common spaces managed by the complex. For example, the elevator was nonfunctional so had to walk up the 4th floor each day—was only annoying with our luggage. Pool was nice but pool restaurant very limited. Gym a/c not working. But the condo itself was perfect with upscale decor and comfy furniture—I would stay there again."
