"The house was fine. We had a problem on Wednesday when we returned in the afternoon from shopping to hear the alarm blasting away . It was so loud you could hear it from the street. When we called the customer service # NOONE answered. We tried repeatedly to no avail. If the poolcare guy had not come by, we would have called the fire dept. Very disappointed and won't use it again."

"Dealing with the manager said owner was a very nice experience. They were very easy to deal with and they answered the phone when I needed them to. My parents are 83 and 77 and I didn't know the code to get in after a 3 hour drive the manager answered my call on the first ring and gave me the code to get in the house and let my parents use the bathroom. For that I'm truly grateful. The house was so clean and I even took a U.V. flashlight to the sheets and every bed was clean. Thank you "
