"The property is very good. The lady at reception was exceptional. She helped us with guidance of the city that without, everything would have been more difficult. Beds and all within the room is great. Recommendations would be a larger size TV and more alternative channels for tourist (English language and Spanish. WiFi great! Also you should be allowed to sign tickets at the bar restaurant to the room. Thank you Posta Design!"

"Beautiful place, clean and great location. So picturesque with the balcony and water view. They provided a map with directions on how to get there from the ferry to avoid stairs. I would recommend this option if you also have a suitcase. I would definitely come back! "

"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely...
