"Casa Santo Stefano was a highlight of our trip! The B&B style hotel was very stylish, clean, and had a stunning view of Lake Como. Our room was amazing! We had a great terrace to view the lake, and a very comfortable lounge area in our room. Breakfast was great - the staff took great care to prepare a tasty spread of pastries, meats, cheeses, antipasti, eggs, cereals and yogurt. As you would expect in Italy, the coffee was out of this world! The hotel is not staffed 24-hours a day, however...

"The property was beautiful. We had a separate apartment a few doors down and 3 floors up. There is no elevator and the stairwell is not lit. The hostess who showed us to our room did not explain the heating system, shower, heated (but not) towel rack. The living area was a hodge-podge of furniture and colors. An area rug would have added a lot 0f warmth and tied it together. It was not a good value for the money. "

"This was one of the greatest places I've ever stayed. Food was absolutely fantastic and the hotel is very up-to-date with amazing views and amazing staff. I will absolutely schedule another trip to stay stay longer at this very location!"

"We had a fabulous stay here. Everything was top notch. We came from another hotel on the lake that had a wedding every night that kept us up. The Villa Serbelloni was such a treat. The indoor pool and spa are a wonderful addition. "

" This is a beautiful hotel boutique with the best staff ever. The views from the room are gorgeous and the nice little garden over the lake where the restaurant is located has such a nice view. The hotel has also access to the lake, in case you want to swim, when the weather is good. The bus stop is right outside at the hotel and the ferry to go to Bellagio is walking distance. The family who owns will make sure to make you feel at home. The breakfast and meals are good, authentic...

"Everything about our stay was amazing!!! From the friendly staff, our beautiful room, the delicious breakfast, and of course the VIEW!!! The location is so perfect, simply breathtaking and so easy to get to/from the train and the ferry. Highly recommend taking advantage of the Botanic Garden in the sister property next door, it’s incredible! "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"What a beautiful hotel! We loved how modern it was and the views from our rooms and garden. The staff were lovely and helpful, Breakfast was amazing - mostly self serve with lots of choices (bread, cheeses, meat, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc), and Elisa also brought us all kinds of other goodies like fresh melon, pineapple, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, plus fresh-squeezed OJ and coffee to order. It was truly awesome! The grounds were spacious with lots of places to sit. We walked into Lecco to get...
