"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. "Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight."

"Great hotel located next to the town square. Easy access to everything, including the ferry to take you around the Lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big and very clean with a small balcony overlooking the Lake. A good shower and air con. Hotel has a lift which is a bonus."
