"We stayed one night. The location is just around the train station, close to metro and bus stops. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is modern, I'd say more German than our other Italian hotels. Will definetely stay at this hotel during our next visit."

"Overall ok Service could be better: 1. Booked 2 rooms and had to pay for extra bed in 1 of them, to allow a proper bed for my 10year old autistic nephew. 2. Breakfast was ok, but we were left largely to fend for ourselves. Staff seemed more interest to serve the China airlines cabin crew, compared with non crew guests. 3. Dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioners in bathroom. Sadly the conditioner dispenser sprouted a pea sized amount, which I had to simply make do with. It was...

"Very friendly staff and amazing location, right near the train station and metro. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean and modern, but the room was small and dark since the windows were tinted. Unfortunately no smart tv meant that all channels were in Italian. 4/5."
