"When I first arrived the gentleman behind the front desk was very cold. No hello. No welcome. Took my passport, handed it to a woman and put my key on the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day. The woman was very friendly and welcoming as was the entire staff all around the hotel. I tried to take a nap before dinner as I was not feeling well and even with turning the heat on high I was shivering. Freezing cold. Three layers plus a thick hoody, socks, warm pants and the three blankets. I thought...

"Property is in a great location in Milan. Rooms are small but comfortable. Hotel is clean and well maintained with a modern vibe. Close to the Milan Central station. The area has shopping and easy access to all forms of public transportation. At night the area seems dark once some of the area store close, however it is still seems safe. Easy access from hotel to all main attractions with the subway and tram lines nearby. All in all great stay."
