"Great location, 5 minutes from Duomo and in the heart of shopping district. It’s a very nice apartment. Shows some signs of wear and age but still good, equipped with all necessities. Nice to have a washer in the unit. The only problem was it was very noisy. Traffic and construction nearby. It was hard to sleep. Bed was comfortable and good size."

"Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! "Great stay! Room is right in the heart where you want to be. The pull out sofa and bed comfortable. Bonus - the whirlpool tub was wonderful after a day full of walking. Owner very nice and was able to get our room early after a long journey!"
