"The entire stay was amazing The only issue was there was no real direction on parking from the valet workers. You need to park in front then check in- figures that out after paying to get in the parking area."

"As soon as we arrived everything looked very nice and clean. Yash the employee at the front desk went above and beyond for me n my family. It was. Daughter birthday he gave her a gift bag with $20 credit to spend which was very nice, he also accommodated us early because our plane landed early and gave us a room right away by the pool which was nice. Anytime we needed towels toothpaste or anything else the house keeping will come right away. The pool was nice and all the attractions were near by . We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you all for your kindness and help you made our vacation easy."

"I have stayed at Grand Villas many times and it's always an amazing experience. The property is beautiful - very clean and well maintained. The pool and other facilities are wonderful. Wanted to comment as well about one of the employees that helped me out so much during this stay. His name is Augusto Rojas. I had an issue with the air conditioner not working properly when I first arrived. Augusto was very prompt in coming up to check it out and went out of his way to not only make sure it was corrected, but to check back afterwards to make sure things were still working. Very much appreciated!"

"This was a short stay to visit the Disney parks. We used the shuttle the first day. The area was super convenient in terms of shopping and to grab something to eat. The pool area was enjoyable. The room, bed, were comfortable and conducive to a good night sleep. The noise dies down around 11 pm. The staff, John and Arielles(hostess at the restaurant) were amazing. "

"The Grove Resort was an excellent facility! I enjoyed the property completely. The rooms were spacious and modernly styled. There were so many activities for our kids to get involved in. My only complaints: food on the resort are over priced. The check-in process is horrible!!"

"I thought the hotel was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The only thing that concerned me was the lack of life guards on duty around the pools. My friends and I were lucky enough to have stayed in the River Island section of the hotel. We had walking distance access to the pool and lazy river, which were fabulous. However, what I did not understand was the amount of groups standing in the lazy river playing football? They would be throwing the football over adults, children, and babies. One ball hit me in the face, it hurt, imagine if that had been a baby. I was surprised this was allowed to happen, and the lack of life guards monitoring who should have stopped this. I would suggest the hotel address this issue before an accident occurs."
