"I would honestly give this property a 10 out of 10! We could have stayed on the property and entertained ourselves and had good food. The entire time staff was so friendly and helpful and if we asked for something we got it immediately and that was a huge complex great location as well took us no time to get to the airport, Disney, or Universal!"

"Beautiful hotel. Lots of dining options. Definitely pricey both for stay and food. But as expected for Disney. Pools were nice, though not as clean as we would have liked, lots of leaves/debris in water. Definitely worth it if spending time at hotels and pool. If you will be at parks every day may not be worth the price tag. . "

"I thought the property was attractive. I only stayed one night, I arrived late and left very early but felt safe walking the property alone in the late and early hours. I wish you had a shuttle to the airport but other than that my needs were met and the room was clean!"

"Beds, bathroom, everything was is and always is great. The Boardwalk is a walk or boat ride away. Love it. The only part was on our last morning, we were woken up at 7:30am by roof workers banging on roof doing repairs on both buildings. Our only day to sleep in before check out. The front desk didn’t even know but did say they were waiting for months for them to come do repairs and we happen to be on the top floor so it felt like they were going to fall through the ceiling. Not happy about that. "
