"This property went above and beyond. I was not happy with the location of my first room and they were able to accommodate me with a room that had more windows and I found amazing. Jimmy the manager along with Ellie are very professional and empathetic to my needs. They were very kind and always had a smile. This is now my favorite hotel in Laguna beach and I have tried very many. This place and more so the people is more than a place to stay but quiet the whole experience. "
