"The staff member at check in was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, amd we were lucky enough to have a room with water views and a balcony to have dinner and watch the summer storms roll in. Even though it is situated near the highway, we could not hear any traffic noise inside, nor noise from any other apartment. The room was clean and spacious. "The view from our room was awesome. We really loved the whole experience. The kids love the pool and very convenient as the lagoon is just across from the apartment. The only let down is that there's no aircon in the bedrooms as we have to use the fan to blow cool air into our room. The sliding is really hard to open to go in the balcony it keeps jumping off its track. But other than that we were happy and relaxed with our stay. "
