"Spent 4 nights with breakfast included. It was great value for money. It's in a wonderful location and even though a block from the beach we could see waves crashing from our room. It was spacious, quiet and clean. You're right in the heart of the CBD and everything you need is at your doorstep. Breakfast was a real bonus and there's nothing more you could want for. A terrific stay. "

"If arriving after hours (hours of which I did not know) you have to call a number. Being from the US I didn’t know how to make the call😮 then I got the key and had mild trouble finding the room and unlocking the sliding glass door and screen. Weird that the room didn’t have a door?"

"For what I paid for one night, it was good value. The motel is decades old, but has been renovated and the room was comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. It's on a main road, so a bit noisy but okay after 10 pm. The pool and grounds were perfect. It's very well taken care of. We were asked for $100 deposit which they charged me for immediately. TV, bed, fridge, kitchen stuff were all new. We ate out but could have coked a meal there if we wanted to. Nice big sliding door for...

"Fantastic accommodation that is walking distance to beach, main Broadbeach eateries and tram. The view both during the day and night is beautiful. Reception staff member Hibi was just wonderful too. I highly recommend this place. "
