"When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it. "Cute little apartment, lovely location. We had a problem with the aircon upon check in, but the staff at Burleigh Letting Co communicated amazingly and sorted the problem as quick as possible. Just 1 bit of advice for the host, a mop and vacuum would not go a stray. We stayed a week and obviously the tiles in the kitchen got a bit gross but other than that our holiday was amazing "

"This property was given to us as a last minute back up due to our first booking falling through at 2 days notice. We are very glad and appreciative of this as it turned out to be perfect for us. We would describe the property itself as adequate, containing everything we needed (except T towel and rinse aid for the dishwasher that was not great,) not a dealbreaker for the holiday though🙂.The location is its best feature, fantastic proximity to beach and walk to some local shops. Not overly busy...
