"I loved my stay at The Millennials! The pods, bathrooms and common areas were all very clean. I met a lot of cool people there and the beer happy hour definitely is great for connecting with others. I don't know if I would get the breakfast again. It's only soup, buns, juice and yogurt. I'm dairy free so could only have the soup and buns with juice. It was good, just very small and minimal. It's more worth it to just go to one of the many restaurants nearby. They let you keep your bags before...

"I’ve been to many capsules across Japan and my stay here was at the too. Yes, I’ve stayed in Kyoto, Osaka, but wanted to spend a few days in Ōtsu and experience a slower pace and so glad I did! The reviews on Google and Orbitz rated The Calendar high so I gave it a try and I was not disappointed. However, I do need to mention if you are sensitive to smell you might notice the slight scent of smoke. The entire capsule is non-smoking, however there is a smoking room, that when smokers return it...

"I was solo traveling in Japan as a woman and this capsule hotel was amazing: the location was perfect right in Gion; the staff were SO friendly and welcoming and it felt like coming home everytime I walked through the lobby; the bathrooms and capsule area were extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable and I was surprised at how easy it was to stay in a capsule room!
