"The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"Hotel was super clean and beautiful! I only had one issue with this place and it was the laundry service ! I spent almost $80 on the laundry services and out clothes came back still smelly ( like you can still smell my sons sweat on his shirts) so expensive and when I told the front desk nothing was done about it ! She just said sorry and proceeded to swipe the charges "

"Really nice hotel very convenient located 8 min walk to Tokyo tower 12 min walk to Family mart store 10 min walk to multiple coffee shops 15 min walk to stations One reduced the star by 1 due to the shower head not being adjustable and pointed at an awards direction but being 6f2 in Japan will do that"
