"its my 4th time to stay in apa hotel we like hot spring here and the covinience going to makuhari messe,i just want to make them improve the system of getting the reservation room ,we booked 1month before of our stay,but everytime we checked in its hard to get a room that near to everyone,just i said we booked 1month before our stay why they can't prepare a room that next to one of us"

"This property is in a perfect spot to get into the city but also have a bit of a break from the rush. It is in a very clean area with lots of dining options around. The property itself is very clean and has great amenities. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location of this hotel is unbeatable within walking distance of multiple subway stations and the main shopping area in Ginza. The room was quite small but still had everything I needed. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful and nice. Overall, great value for the money. Would definitely come back and stay here again. "
