"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "

"I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! "The property is in a very convenient location, easy access to everywhere, taxi is right at the corner. The room is very small, but good enough to stay for a few days. Price is reasonable for HK I shall be back again. "

"this place shows a little bit of age but it is very clean. we had some issues with shower but this was addressed quickly when we brought it to staffs attention. the hotel also provided us with wheelchair free of charge for my elderly mother to tour around with in the city. the staff are friendly and courteous.
