"We came to Hong Kong for vacation and saw that your hotel reviews were very good online and there was a shuttle bus to pick-up service, so we chose to check in at Four Points. I found that it was indeed good. The hotel room was a little smaller but very clean. the floor-level service staff Jun also helped us pull our suitcases to the elevator entrance....Thank you! "
