"This is a very pretty boutique hotel with an eclectic design in the hotel rooms. The staff are pleasant but not overly helpful. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping and transportation. The hotel is within walking distance of many tourist sites and attractions. "

"It was extremely cold in the room and the thermostat didn’t seem to work, so I just turned it off. Cold most of the night. The hotel was very hard to find, there should be instructions on the main page of how to get there. There were plenty of bars I had to walk through during there prime time to find the place. A few bouncers were nice enough to navigate us to the small door for the hotel. I was traveling with an 11 year old child."

"Not bad, but the shower glass doors were filthy and overall room cleanliness and noise levels could be improved. Cleaning staff and front desk were decently friendly. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Very limited amenities. The location is convenient and near the MTR but there isn't much to do directly outside the hotel as it's an industrial area. If you can get a price of CAD$85 or less per night, it's great value. Otherwise, there are other hotels to choose from."

"Young-uncle reception was so profressional. He gave me good informations all I need in english. This hotel is surround by many shops and restaurant, both breakfast, dinners and One department-store just opposite right there at the corner. There's cheap water drink shop near by as well."

"Stayed here to attend the Hong Kong SVNS at the new stadium. Was less than 20mins door to door. Around the hotel plenty of dining options and take seats including western outlets if that’s what you’re after. Staff are efficient and kind. Room was super clean and user friendly with plenty of storage and good wifi. Would recommend. "
