"Check in was quick even though some guests are doing twenty questions. Room is large and clean. Daily room cleanup is also good. Breakfast is a bit pricey but I think the quality should be good. Hotel is next to mall and offer much dining selection. Also next to mtr station. "

"The hotel is located perfectly, very close to subway and airport bus, and a block away from Victoria Harbour. Hotel has various dining and snack venues. The lobby is decorated tastely. One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel. I don’t find any maps or information for nearby dining , shopping in the lobby or room. This could provide convenience for guests."

"Beautiful hotel great lobby amazing view of the city and river. It was close to many things and close enough to downtown and the harbour if you don’t mind a half hour walk each way The room was basic but updated and clean The buffet looked great but we didn’t eat there as we didn’t want to pig out a wanted to go out for authentic food. Also it was rather expensive "

"Spent a few nights here and it was fantastic. Everything fro service, rooms, to meals, were amazing. Tons of options for dining near the hotel as well. Wish we had more time but will be back. "
