The hotel provides free shuttle that it takes you to the MTR Station. The good buffet breakfast. The friendly waitress and waiter. The chef brings out fresh baked pineapple bread. The room is clean.

The property is in a very convenient location, easy access to everywhere, taxi is right at the corner. The room is very small, but good enough to stay for a few days. Price is reasonable for HK I shall be back again.

The hotel interior looks nice while the cleaningness of the rooms could be a concern. Also, the rooms are not very well kept given it's a 4-star hotel. The helpfulness of the front desk staff was a hit and miss, but the manager on duty during my stay was willing to listen and tried his best to resolve issues.

Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Shuttle bus is helpful but only run once an hour and stop early evening. Hotel is far away from Mong Kok even though it looked closer on the map. Streets are difficult to navigate. Lots of sharp turns that take you off your path.
