"The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Sammy, Andy and another gentleman that I did not catch the name of saved my day! They helped me with a lost phone situation and I actually was able to retrieve the phone! I want to thank them and all the staff there at Royal plaza! Thank you so much! "I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! Then they made me wait extra 10mins and they told me they will fix it and offered me comp drinks in the restau. After 5mins they came back saying They have the room...
