"I stayed at this hotel for almost three months, and I would rate both the hotel and the room at a B-. The property is starting to show signs of age. The best thing about my stay was that my room was located at the far corner, offering a nice mountain view, which made it quieter. Keep in mind that the other side of the hotel is under construction, so noise could be an issue if you plan to stay long-term. I would rate the hotel staff a B as well. "Great property. Still feels new as only opened in December 2023. Rooms are a decent size for Kowloon. Great location near TST and TST East MTR station. Bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Price point was significantly better than comparable luxury hotels. Only downside is no pool but we did know that and it wasn’t an issue for us. We will be back."

"I stayed at this hotel for almost three months, and I would rate both the hotel and the room at a B-. The property is starting to show signs of age. The best thing about my stay was that my room was located at the far corner, offering a nice mountain view, which made it quieter. Keep in mind that the other side of the hotel is under construction, so noise could be an issue if you plan to stay long-term. I would rate the hotel staff a B as well. They need improve in customer service, and a bit more friendliness, like a smile, could make a positive difference. One suggestion for the hotel: It would be great if they could send a text message once the room cleaning is done. There were times when I had to wait a long time at the shopping mall for the room to be cleaned. I did use the emergency medical services once for a friend, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I was impressed with that team."
