"I am from Toronto but I had a need to stay close to Toronto General Hospital and this hotel was within walking distance which was perfect. What surprised me was that I had daily cleaning services which was unexpected and pleased. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel in all hours of the day which made my stay satisfactory while I dealt with a personal family health emergency. Thank you to the staff for their daily smiles and check ins. "

"Great spot to stay downtown, close to everything including CN tower, hockey hall of fame, Scotiabank arena. The Scotland Yard across the street is a great spot to grab a beverage! "

"The check-in experience was quick and smooth. The agent was able to fulfill my special requests. Complimentary water is available in the lobby, as well as bottles in the room. As someone who is eco-conscious, a refillable water bottle station in the lobby would have been more appreciated. The rooms were quite small, so if you're looking for lots of space this isn't the hotel for you. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the soap, lotions, and shampoos available in the bathroom.
