"From check in to check out 6 nights later the hotel team were wonderful and helpful. The room was comfortable and ac worked well. One suggestion: put up,a few hooks in the bathroom and sink area to hang a hand towel or clothing. The team cleaned the beach twice each day after the high tide. Garbage, seaweed was gathered up. Very few resorts did this and their beaches were disgusting with trash and bottles. We are going to review those culprets. Looking for a quiet place in Koch Samui? Give this...

"What a lovely hotel ! Has its own private beach, has many room options. We got a free upgrade to a private pool villa, there was no safe in the room but that just guaranteed 100% safety of our personal item's without worry (which is a nice change from other thai hotels). Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast, can't fault it and would definitely go back!"

"Location of property is good, walking distance and Sunday Lamar Street markets nearby. Two small issues; 1. Tiny ants everywhere; sinks, closet , dresser even on my bed sometimes. 2. Sink has debris when have water running. I had it run for hours then stopped and repeat over and over for few hours at the time. Overal, pretty good."

"It’s terrible stay in Thailand, a place of hospitality. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I arrived at Samui at about 8 o’clock. I was so rush to book some activity trip for the next day. I asked the girl for more details. She just said “ sorry, ALL those office are closed. Let’s do the check in first.” She was not trying to help. After check in, I found that there were three travel agents were opening at that time! There were few more times that I found that girl was a machine...
