Find Hotels with an Indoor Pool in Koh Samui Islands

"I have been going to tis property for 6 years It has not changed. Tv`s didn't work then , useless now, lights not working or that you could not switch off at night. The hotel is in a great location but requires refurbishment immediately. Its desperate for some money spending on it. Booked and paid for through Expedia but staff not aware we were arriving or if it had been paid for. Requires attention !"

"The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. They made us feel so uncomfortable that only stayed 1 night and changed hotel for the rest of our stay on the island. Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel."

"There is ALOT better places to stay in Samui. I checked in late and left as soon as I woke up in the morning in pouring rain because it was so gross. Only about 2 KM from bangrak pier which was why I stayed. Lady was confused as to me arriving - despite it being booked - and had to go make a bed for me. WiFi didn't work in the rooms. The rooms hadn't been cleaned since full moon party (5 days prior) as there were passes and other garbage on the floor. Bathrooms didn't have toilet paper and...

"Ground floor room facing the swimming pool was great value for money. Restaurant food was very good albeit I mostly ate out in the local Thai restaurants. Location of the hotel is a a bit further away from the main nightlife than I would have liked but it was easy enough to pick up the local "baht bus" on the road outside. "

"The property is slightly older but well maintained. Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious. It is near the Chewang beach area and basic facilties are easily accessible around the area. "
