The people in the reservations room that they direct you towards right away were a little rude and then hid behind a language barrier when asked for clarification. "We actually got transferred to the other Sala Choengmon due to construction noise. The whole experience was by far the best of the entire trip through Thailand. The rooms were beautiful, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I couldn’t recommend this place more!"
