"The location is great to walk to massage places, restaurants and right on the beach. The pool area/beachfront was nice and seemed to have enough chairs for all. The staff are excellent! Very accommodating and friendly! The bed was comfortable, but linens and towels are worn. "Me and my partner had an amazing stay at Rockys. We did have an issue of construction happening above our room and stones falling onto us on the balcony but we was swiftly moved into another room which did not have this issue once reported. The resort is immaculate and picturesque with a great vibe. It would be good if prices shown included tax on the menu as its not ideal to constantly have to calculate but its a minor point. "This is not a hotel. There is no housekeeping for a start. We stayed 5 nights and not once was our towels changed, bins emptied, toilet rolls refilled - nothing. I had to ask for fresh towels and empty our own bin. It states staff are bilingual but they struggled to understand ‘change towels’ or ‘fresh bin bags’.
