"Great location, accommodation was ok. Frustrating that they only give one key which turns off the electric and Aircon, especially as It's quite heavy with vegetation around the rooms, so mosquitos are rife. Also wanted 1200 baht / night for a roll away bed for our 4 year old. Or he was to sleep in the same bed as us. Twin beds pushed together are larger than the double beds. Bought a roll away bed from the Big C for 1000 baht and got to keep it."

"What a lovely hotel ! Has its own private beach, has many room options. We got a free upgrade to a private pool villa, there was no safe in the room but that just guaranteed 100% safety of our personal item's without worry (which is a nice change from other thai hotels). Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast, can't fault it and would definitely go back!"

"The property is close to the beach but you have to walk through another property/restaurant to get to the beach which I found odd. The restaurant was good, room was clean, the door didn’t stay closed properly unless it was locked but that was fine. They overcharge for the drinks in the minifridge considering there’s a 711 right next door where you can buy the drinks for a fraction of the cost. "

"Location of property is good, walking distance and Sunday Lamar Street markets nearby. Two small issues; 1. Tiny ants everywhere; sinks, closet , dresser even on my bed sometimes. 2. Sink has debris when have water running. I had it run for hours then stopped and repeat over and over for few hours at the time. Overal, pretty good."

"It’s terrible stay in Thailand, a place of hospitality. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I arrived at Samui at about 8 o’clock. I was so rush to book some activity trip for the next day. I asked the girl for more details. She just said “ sorry, ALL those office are closed. Let’s do the check in first.” She was not trying to help. After check in, I found that there were three travel agents were opening at that time! There were few more times that I found that girl was a machine...
