"This place was a great hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were made everday if you requested, very efficient, restaurant had great burgers could of come with more chips but then again prob not a bad thing haha, green chicken curry mmmm expected better for Thailand but when you order room service you get what you get. The towel card thing I could not get my head around though. So when you check in ur given a card to use to get a towel for pool/decking on beach and if you lose the card there is a charge and they ask you room number when you give you card, it just makes no sense to me, if your staying at the hotel as a paid guest they should just give you a towel. Other than this minor dalliance with my brain a great place to stay :)"

"Very modern style hotel. Staff were great, breakfast options were expansive. I walked the beachfront where the competing hotels are and OZO looked very good. This is not a tropical setting like other hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip but it would be a great reset for anyone missing a bit of familiarity. Only thing I found missing were some waterspouts options I.e kayaks paddle boarding etc. That said I extended my stay here a couple nights. "

"Truly amazing accomodations. Only issue we had was the fitness center was small, crowded, and had few machines. Also, we had one load of laundry done and it cost 1500 bhat. Impressively expensive. "

"My stay at the Briza hotel was nothing short of amazing, but it wouldn't have been this way without the professionalism and attention to detail that Ken, the hotel manager exhibited. He is a diamond in the rough, always eager to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. His presence is difficult to miss, as he makes himself available from breakfast until late nights, making those staying at the resort a high priority. No request was too small. Early check-in? Done. Late checkout? Done. He truly made my stay memorable and comfortable and I would most certainly stay again. The rooms were also clean, staff were pleasant. I would certainly stay again! "
