"Prettier in the pictures. When I visited the neon Freehand sign was busted. The hallways and rooms were very dimly lit. The room had no view. And I was charged a resort fee for an onsite restaurant that was "closed for a private event" and a bar that was closed for the month. "

"our experience was very good- although it started badly )(our room was very dark), the stuff at the front desk were amazing (especially Osage the was so helpful and charming) and the rest of the trip (8 nights in total) was amazing location is great cool hotel vibes we enjoyed our stay very much!"
