"From walking through the doors to the amazing front desk manager Akeem. He goes out of his way to make the guest experience great!"

"Overall the hotel is good. The ice machines on many floors were out of service. The ATM was also out of service. The indoor pool is small but very nice. Rooms do not include a microwave which would be an improvement."

"I had a nice time with my family during our first visit to the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, but our room needed maintenance. The bathroom door didn’t open or close properly, and the refrigerator was completely disconnected, so we had to plug it in ourselves to cool our food. Additionally, the curtains were dirty with chocolate stains, and the tables were covered in dust. Despite these issues, it is a good hotel, and we were still able to rest comfortably."
