The hotel is looks really good from outside but when i went into the room. It wasn’t worth $124 really small rooms and outdated tv and the worst part the comforter.. it looks like it has fungus on it, it looks so dirty it made me feel like i’m staying in a cheap hotel.. worst experience in Hyatt hotel

Front staff were friendly, housekeeping staff do not speak any English. No towels at the pool, no fan in the bathroom, no breakfast left by 8:30. The hotel seemed ill-equipped for hosting more than 20 guests a night? We had noisy neighbours til 2 am, not the hotels fault of course, but made for a lousy sleep.
