"Have stayed here before . We like the location and being able to travel up and down to destinations by Hotel curtesy boat. The staff are amazing and can’t be more helpful . I was not well on arrival and the Management team organised a Doctor and Nurse to come within 30 mins with the medication required . I could not have been more grateful and impressed with the customer care given."

"The staff made this a memorable vacation. They were always there to help with any questions. They recommended tours, sights to see, transportation to sights. A central location for tour stars and end points. The China Town food tour start point was only a 9 minute walk. Rooms and facility were clean, a nice restaurant/bar on the 6th floor and nice relaxing pool. I highly recommend the Cascade Hotel."

"Clean and nice hostel, family room we stayed is kind of warm but lucky there is a fan at the walkway we used it to cool down our room. This hostel do not allowed food and drinks in the room (whereby no Bin provided in the room), it is kind of inconvenient to go down to the rest room to throw rubbish. Mixed rest room do not have shelving to put your stuff, it only have few hooks to hang your items in the shower room (a bit inconvenient). Except the individual rest room (such as Men or Women)...
