"Average cleanliness, calling the rooms suites is a misnomer. Tiny outdated microwave, small and outdated refrigerator with no freezer. No separate sink in the mini kitchen area. The rooms are good size, but very tired and old feeling. Property needs a do over! Location to UF is very good."

Flimsy and cheap cutlery..that was the only peev, otherwise I'd love to stay again, although the neighborhood is kinda shady and worn down. Not a whole lot of dining options."
