The staff was very helpful and friendly, lobby was very nice, and location was very walkable - a short walk to many restaurants and maybe ten to fifteen minutes from Dotonbori. As mentioned, the only issue was the room size, we had a family of four with luggage and we couldn’t really move about the room comfortably without climbing over things. "
