"The property managers who live Nextdoor were awesome. Sylvia s as nd her husband went out of their way to make our stay. They contacted their nephew to take is on a tour to the Crystal river, and Sylvia went with us to a nature preserve!"

"This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. "It was a great place to stay. The size was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. The only thing I would caution is there is only one room with an AC, and from what we found only one fan. (All had ceiling fans but the ceiling is so high it was hard to feel any breeze.) So it was a little hotter than I’m used to sleeping in however I would absolutely stay again. The view alone was worth it!!!! Property managers were quick to help with anything and it was only a short drive into town. Perfect...

"The property is beautifully situated, comfortable and has everything one needs for a stay. The owners live on site and are very attentive and kind but not intrusive. It was well placed for exploring the Arenal area but be aware that the road from Nuevo Arenal is extremely pot holded and the 8 km takes 35 minutes to drive."

"Wow! We loved every inch of this beautiful property with stunning views to Lake Arenal set in quintessential CR jungle with all its lushness and wildlife sounds. Sky couldn’t be more warm and welcoming, and has kitted out the house better than any we have been in - such an extra bonus to have all of your needs considered! From extra ponchos to bath robes to binoculars and every kitchen amenity! So good. Morning coffee on the balcony was dreamy. Highly recommend! "

"Great communication with the owner. Immediately responded to all messages and any questions that we had. Gorgeous property both inside and out, and very clean. Was a bonus to have awashing machine and dryer located in the garage and laundry detergent/powder was provided and even refilled during our stay there"

"The grounds and wrap around deck were wonderful. We spent most of the time on the deck. Steve was most helpful with his suggestions and knowledge of the area. The carved wood in the house was exceptional. The nights were a bit warm for us and the hill to get to the property was doable but difficult with a car. Location was great and all the restaurants were fabulous."

"The location is beautiful as advertised. Beautiful views and a nice club house with a pool. Great place to kick back and enjoy. Taniya is great to work with. Just make sure she has your cell so you can text back and forth. Only thing is to make sure the fans are in the living room. It can get a bit toasty. But the ac units in the bedrooms were amazing.
